Recently Fairfax launched the Fairfax Women’s Network, a portfolio of brands that engages over 3 million women at different life stages. They needed a video that would excite and attract media buyers and potential advertisers. We worked closely with Fairfax to develop a dynamic and visually stunning product that perfectly complemented the launch.

Project: Barefoot Radler Summer Film
Client: BMF

The Flirt, the Get-a-Shirt, the Shrimp on the Barbie. BMF came up with the script for this unique take on the Australian beach culture. They approached Imperial Metric to help develop an equally unique visual style. We used traditional animation techniques to as well as a healthy dose of photoshop to create our world.

We were given an amazing soundtrack and some strong references and asked to create something special. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. We collaborated with artist Marie Tricky to create this unique and beautiful world.

Project: Reimagining Newspapers
Client: Fairfax Media

The brief from Fairfax Media was simple: create a TVC that got media buyers excited about the variety of creative options available to them in Fairfax newspapers. We developed a creative and storyboard, then designed and animated the final tvc. We worked collaboratively with Fairfax to make sure all stakeholders were happy.

Project: Smart Investor Launch Video

Fairfax Media needed a video that showed off the new website for Smart Investor. We got up close and personal with the site and tried to get some perspective.

Project: Carnival – 2020 Decade of Cruising

BMF needed to get this update to the Carnival 2020 Vision video delivered to a strict deadline. Within 3 days we were able to shoot, edit and deliver the final product, that was played at an overseas event. It’s a digital world.

Project: Newspaper Works – Automotive Report

One For All had developed the print brochure for the latest report from Newspaper Works. Imperial Metric were approached take it from paper to screen. We worked closely with One For All to make sure the video communicated key points as well as being engaging + fun.
